Women Empowerment Workshops

At Shella, we believe in the power of Women. And we believe that, when Women thrive, the world thrives. Which is why we have created bespoken workshops to help women stepping into their power, and sustainably lead with authenticity, empathy and care, in business and in the community alike.

Women Transforming Redundancy workshop equips participating women with pragmatic tools and resources to re-frame themselves as the conductors of their own lives, perfectly capable of shaping a meaningful and prosperous working future for themselves. Reach out to us for details

Individual & Team Empowerment workshops

In a world that is hyper-connected and where we are all called to play many different roles, having a healthy relationship with time has never been so important. Drawing from cosmology, philosophy, TPM systems, behavioural science and latest research on the determinants of authentic success, Creating Your Time workshop looks at time from different perspectives: participants learn to release the pressure associated with time, to enhance their internal time capital, to exert control and influence over their time, and to make deliberate and savvy time investment choices.

Which powers do we need today? And what are your special powers? And how and when did you develop them? Taking inspiration from modern super-heroes created by the entertainment industry, Find your Super-Power workshop take participants along a journey to awaken to their individual special powers, to the super-powers that are available in their teams, and ultimately to the realisation that business challenges are best addressed by a combination of different super-powers.

Carer’s Empowerment

Caring for their young children, caring for their elderly, caring for their significant ones who are struggling with their physical and mental health, caring for loved ones who are not independent. There are millions of carers in the world, and many of them have also a job and a career unrelated to their caring responsibilities - they are called the carer-employees. And chances are, there are many carer-employees working in your organisation too.

Empowering carers workshop helps businesses to shape a working culture that empowers carer-employees to remain integrated and included in their work environment and contribute to the business goals, whilst also supporting those they care for.

Carers at work workshop provides employees who manage caring duties in their personal life with pragmatic suggestions to combine and balance their caring responsibilities with the professional aspect of their life.
